Change and returns
Only for webshop orders.

Conditioners:
- within 14 days after receiving the order
- costumized products and hygenic related prodcuts can't be returned or changed
- the product needs to be undamaged, in the original package, no seals are broken and the artikel is new and not used (broken packages or seals can't be returned or changed)
- refund of money only in consultation

Change:
You can easy change your products by filling in the online form: CLICK HERE for the form
OR you can change the product through procedure below:
- Send an email to info@specialgrooming.nl with your contact details, order number and reason of change
- Also send us which product you would like to change and into which product you would like to change it
- You will receive a confirmation email
- We will prepare the shipment of the new product
- You can send the product you would like to change to: Special Grooming, Meester Bierensweg 88, 4841AL, Prinsenbeek. Return shipping is for costs of customer
- The new product will be shipped after receiving the new shipping costs for the new product
- After receiving the payment we will shipp your new product
- 1 change per order

- Send an email to info@specialgrooming.nl with your contact details, order number and reason of return
- You will receive a confirmation email
- You can send back the product(s) (for your own costs) to Special Grooming, Meester Bierensweg 88, 4841AL, Prinsenbeek
- After receiving the product(s) and estimation of the products we will refund the money
- Shipping costs only can be refunded for local orders and when the complete order will be returned
